At Pierce Lobe and Happiness, all piercings are performed by an expert pediatric Registered Nurse using the Blomdahl Medical Piercing System — a sterile, hypoallergenic method used by doctors and nurses worldwide.
We specialize in earlobe piercings only (no cartilage), and offer a calm, supportive environment perfect for Babies (3–12 months), Children (3 years and up), and Adults.
As a nurse-led service, we guide you every step of the way — with numbing instructions to help you prepare, and thorough aftercare education to support healing and prevent infection.
Our private studio in Skokie, IL is by appointment only, allowing us to offer personalized, one-on-one care. And for young children, we offer simultaneous ear piercing to make the experience as quick and gentle as possible.

who we are
I’m Nurse Adira, a pediatric RN who understands that nothing is more important than safety—especially when it comes to children. My nursing background spans multiple specialties, including years of perioperative care, and I currently serve as a school nurse for elementary and middle school students.
When I looked into ear piercing services for my daughter, I couldn’t find one that prioritized the things most important to me: safe practices and materials, a warm and friendly environment, correct aesthetic placement, and a piercer with a medical background who could provide proper education. So, I started Pierce Lobe and Happiness.
I’m here to educate and support you, making sure you feel confident every step of the way. I bring attention to detail and a caring heart to every appointment—creating a positive, memorable experience for you and your family.

At Pierce Lobe and Happiness, we specialize in safe, hypoallergenic earlobe piercings for people of all ages. Our goal is to make the ear piercing experience positive, fun, and easy for the entire family.
Availability
Nurse Adira works full time as a school nurse. Piercings are scheduled by appointment only and are held on Sundays and select weekday evenings.
Though we typically do not have same-day openings, we encourage you to reach out! In some cases, we can create an “add-on” appointment to the existing schedule for an additional fee if you are in a particular rush to be serviced.
During summer break, we offer weekday daytime appointments and concierge service.
